Council housing in Badalona

The Institut Català del Sòl wanted the substituation of a council housing in San Roc neighborhood that presented some pathologies.  The Project is based in the construction of two symethric buildings. Each one has 56 apartments with the same tipology, 7 retail spaces and 28 parkings. The building proces is pre-fabricated in the aim to offer a not-conventional and innovative look and, at the same time, control the timing and the production cost.
