High School Els 30 Passos

The project is aligned with Carrer Berenguer de Palou, reinforcing and continuing the urban plot. On the east side, the building’s height is limited to the ground floor or ground floor + 1, with tree-lined outdoor spaces that enhance and extend the future green axis between Plaça de Kobe, the courtyard of Nau Bòstik, and the park adjacent to Torre de la Sagrera. Between these two volumes, a north-south axis, an “interior street,” is created to organize and connect the various interior and exterior spaces of the school.

The building incorporates both passive and active strategies to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. And it based in an axis that organizes the building and arranges the circulation. It connects the common areas: main entrance, dining area, gym, changing rooms, children’s zone, porch, sports court, and green patio area. A green and temperate zone that generates a microclimate and serves as a lung for the building.
