We present a single block of five entrances with the stairs and ventilation courtyards in the central part between two bodies of houses, one to the east and the other to the west. It is a very compact block, without access corridors to the homes, which allows the relationship between useful and built surface to be ideal.

On four of the five stairs the development of the western body has three more levels of housing that rise above the eastern body. On the three upper levels of the emerging volume, the houses have façades both west and east, enjoying “crossed-views” and double sunlight from the main room that groups the living room, dining room and semi-open kitchen in a single area.
