Apartments housing building in Vilassar de Dalt

The old textile complex Can manyer occupied a privileged space in Vilassar de Dalt, therefore, its conversion into a space for housing and for cultural activities involved, in addition to the development of an urban area, an urban regeneration in Vilassar. With the rehabilitation of the theater La Massa, in short, it began a process of cultural self-esteem recovery of the town that ended with a new library, a housing building and with the rehabilitation of the theatre. The housing set generates a chain of public spaces, that are linked in different ways, and it includes the theatre square and the theatre, the Miquel Marti i Pol’s square and the new library. The housing building, in addition, defines the Font de la Teula slope and houses public spaces for social exchange.
