Holiday Inn of Sant Cugat is a four star hotel located in Can Sant Joan Economic Activities Park in this city in the Vallès Occidental. A parallelepiped body brings together the 208 rooms rationally arranged on both sides, the east and the west, from the north-south longitudinal corridor. This five-storey building is supported on the ground floor and two basements with the reception, living areas, restaurants and all common services.

The urbanization of the area is strategically adapted to the slope of the street and emphasizes the discreet position of the main access. The two sides of the building define two different facades depending on the noise, the views and the sun; the most urban façade is facing Carrer del Parc d’Activitats and the most landscaped is facing the AP-7. Both façades meet at the northern and southern fronts, where the emergency stairs hinge on this double character.
